Photos – Rule of Thirds, Leading Lines, Perspective

The black areas on the dart board are used as leading lines.  The focal point, which is the bull’s eye utilizes the rule of thirds.

The perspective of this photo is much closer than someone would usually get when looking a water spout.

The perspective is sideways.  The openings between the wood boards make leading lines to the berries.

The grooves in the wood make leading lines that point to the metallic focal point.

The perspective is very close to the glass apple.  The top of the apple, where the most light is hitting it, is the focal point and it uses the rule of thirds.

The focal point is the center of the wheel which is located in at the intersection of two lines for the rule of thirds.  The wheel has leading lines pointing to it.

The perspective is up close.  The wire of the light is a leading line to the light.

The perspective is up close.  The branches make leading lines.
